Vorex Monthly Leaderboard Challenge: Official Rules

No purchase necessary to enter or win.

1. Sponsor

Vorex Health LLC.

2. Eligibility

Open to individuals who are 18 or older, or the age of majority where they live, whichever is greater, and who hold a valid Vorex account. Open worldwide, void where prohibited or restricted by law, and not open in any country subject to applicable embargoes or sanctions. Employees of Vorex Health LLC and their immediate families are not eligible.

3. No Purchase Necessary

A free Vorex account is all you need. Paying for Vorex Pro does not improve your chances of winning.

4. Entry Period

Each calendar month, beginning at 12:00 AM ET on the first day and ending at 11:59 PM ET on the last day, repeating monthly.

5. How to Enter and Win

Use the app and log your activity to build your monthly Vorex Score. The entrant with the highest monthly Vorex Score at the end of the entry period wins. The Vorex Score reflects logged activity, nutrition, sleep, and hydration, and rewards consistency over time. If two entrants tie, the one who reached the score first wins.

6. Prize

$100 USD, paid via PayPal, plus one year of Vorex Pro. To receive the cash prize, the winner must have, or be able to create, a valid PayPal account able to receive funds in a PayPal-supported country, and must provide it within the claim period. If a valid PayPal account cannot be provided, the cash prize may be forfeited. One winner per monthly entry period. Approximate total value: $280 USD.

7. Winner Notification

The winner will be contacted by email or in-app within 7 days after the entry period ends and must respond within 14 days to claim the prize, or it may be forfeited and awarded to the next eligible entrant.

8. Taxes

The winner is solely responsible for any taxes or fees on the prize.

9. Fair Play

Vorex Health LLC may disqualify any entrant whose score involves fabricated, automated, manipulated, or otherwise fraudulent activity, or who violates the Vorex Terms of Use.

10. Changes

Vorex Health LLC may modify, suspend, or cancel the challenge at any time, including for legal reasons or if the integrity of the contest is compromised.

11. Not Affiliated with Apple

This challenge is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Apple Inc.

12. Governing Law

These rules are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

13. Privacy

Information collected in connection with this challenge is handled in accordance with the Vorex Privacy Policy.
